Licensed in the states of Connecticut & New York with over 41 years of experience performing and preparing survey maps for Boundary, Right-of-Way, Control, Topographic, Utility, Construction, Oil Pipeline and Hydrographic Surveys in the states of Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Massachusetts, Illinois & Wisconsin and in the City of New York on projects of varying size and complexity. Licensed since 1995 and practicing out of the City of Milford, Connecticut since 1999, providing surveying servicing on a variety of small and large scale residential and commercial projects, in New Haven and Fairfield Counties as well Westchester County, New York. Boundary, Topographic & utility existing condition surveys - Survey required zoning approval for most residential properties looking to improve the existing site structures. Property Corner Stake-outs - Survey preformed to establish the true position of the deeded property corners.

FEMA Elevation Certificates - Vertical control survey required to establish the required elevations of residential and commercial buildings relative to the North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88) per FEMA requirements.

Preparation of Plot & Site Plans - depicting proposed site improvements from a simple Plot Plan showing proposed building to a more complex Coastal Site Plan depicting all site improvements.

Construction Survey Services - Construction surveying services including but not limited to: Establishment of Control, Site Layout, As-Built surveys.
